Nishi Apartments at NewActon is within a 10-minute drive of Canberra’s major attractions including Parliament House, the site of the beautiful Floriade display, the Australian War Memorial and the National Gallery of Australia. The eco-friendly apartments are non air-conditioned, instead designed with cross flow ventilation to ensure coolness in summer, and with floor heat retention for warmth in winter. The self-contained apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and laundry facilities. Each offers contemporary furnishings and artwork, selected by Australian and international designers. The apartments also have a living area with a desk and a flat-screen TV.
