Hi there, we are Century 21 SouthCoast Holidays. One of the largest providers of Holiday Home accommodation in Adelaide’s Southern beach-side suburbs. We began our Holiday Letting journey around 17 years ago and have since seen the area and industry flourish. We’ve met travelers from all around the globe (many of which we now have the pleasure to call our friends) and hosted guests for some of their most special milestones in life. While there have been many changes in that time, one thing has always remained – our dedication to our clients. We are constantly evolving to be better and offer more. From our AI guest assistant to our very own app that allows you to manage your booking and discover local attractions & weather. We love to make holiday home ownership and holiday booking as easy & accessible as possible. But our team of local professionals are always available and more than happy to help if you’d prefer to do things ‘the old fashioned way’. Our team is close by and available Monday through Saturday between 9am - 5pm and after hours for emergencies.

Chloe’s Place is home to many fond family vacation memories. Ready to create your own? This is the place to make them! Airy, bright and open, the palette is incredibly soothing. Pops of green from the lush gardens and furnishings create an oasis feel which ensures you feel worlds away. The second storey is the heart of the home. The open plan design ensures everyone’s together no matter whether you’re dining or relaxing. The living room is just the place to curl up on the sofa for a movie night with comfy seating and a large Smart TV. For the days not spent at the beach, there are plenty of books & board games to keep you busy. But when the sun is shining there’s no doubt about it; the sweeping deck is the spot to be. Perched up high, you’ll be overlooking the John Nicholl Reserve, which is home to many native birds and features a BMX track & playground. Downstairs, there is a second living area with another TV, which means there will be no arguments over the remote. The second and third bedrooms are also downstairs; each serviced by the full bathroom on this level. The back garden makes for another tranquil spot. Bring your fave book or magazine and you’ll be set for a few hours. The trees provide a few shady patch and being fully fenced, it’s great for the kids to explore. Each of the main spaces and bedrooms has a split system which means you’ll be warm in winter and cool in summer; meaning Chloe’s Place is perfect for your winter winery discovery or summer sea escape. If you’re visiting for the latter, Aldinga Beach is just a short 3-minute walk or 2-minute drive away. With flat compact sand you can drive on (no need for a 4x4) and launch the boat or simply load the car up and set up for a long day under the sun. ~ Amenities ~ WIFI, Smart TV, Split System Cooling & Heating, Ceiling Fans, Full Kitchen Facilities incl.
