A luxury, modern, family home in the Kerang Lakes district. Located on a 150-acre property in country Victoria. Close to water-sports facilities, fishing, birdwatching and a great retreat for writers or artists. A great place to stop over on the way to the snowfields. A great place for families, small groups, couples or solos. Comfortable shared facilities with a swimming pool, spa and recreational equipment for the lake and surrounds. Three comfortable bedrooms with access to a pool, spa, bar, entertainment area and the lake. Continental breakfast is provided and other home-cooked meals can be arranged. The Guest House level is exclusive to one booking at a time, unless otherwise agreed. Additional amenities also include use of pool table, large tv, lounge area, outdoor sitting area and bbq. The redgum bar is available for use with an honesty system. There is an outdoor swimming pool, spa, and laundry with kitchenette (fridge, hotplate, toaster, microwave/ kettle). Lindsay and Gaby live on their 150 acre property overlooking the beautiful Lake Charm but love to travel anywhere, when they can. Lindsay is a third generation farmer in Lake Charm and Gaby moved to the area with her German parents 43 years ago (nearly a local). They have lived in China for two years and since travelled to the Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, UK, New Zealand and around Victoria. They’ve been running a B&B for a few years now. They are easy going and welcoming to all those that wish to respectfully share their bit of paradise.
A beautiful part of Victoria not far from the Murray River in the Kerang Lakes. Must do's, go for a paddle, throw a line or bike around the lake. Watch the stars, photograph the birdlife and sunsets. Visit Mystic Park Hotel and the Catalina Museum. Explore the many RAMSAR listed lakes. Swan Hill Pioneer Settlement and at gallery. Lake Tyrell an hour away, Ketang museum Nyah Ford Tractor museum, Koondrook River walk and so much more.
