A large range of pots, pans, trays, platters, and cooking utensils.
Each of the two bedrooms have built in robes with hanging space as well as shelving and drawers, an ensuite with toilet, shower, vanity, and medicine cabinet for all your toiletries. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included. A European laundry containing a washer and dryer as well as a vacuum, mop, and cleaning products. Please note: this unit can accommodate up to 5 people, but it would be quite crowded and is ideally suited to 4 adults.
Access the key safe on the side wall of the unit next to the fence. Code will be provided on the day of check-in.
Other things to note
This unit faces a busy road, meaning the sound of traffic can be heard during the day. The traffic is minimal overnight, but can be heard particularly from the front bedroom. If this is possibly an issue for you, consider sleeping in the back bedroom or reconsider altogether.
There are two security cameras at the property, one in the front overlooking the car space and one in the back overlooking the path to the clothesline. These can and will be reviewed in the case of any incident or issue.
We live in the outer suburbs of Melbourne and purchased this small project to renovate and create a place we can call a home away from home. We hope you feel at home too. 'Mi casa es su casa'
