With extensive experience in the holiday rental market, Crystal is your go-to expert for finding the perfect holiday home. She manages the day-to-day operations of our holiday let portfolio with professionalism and care.

Gaye brings dedication and expertise to the management of our long-term rental properties, ensuring tenants and owners receive attentive, professional service.

We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 400AUD. The property charges this 14 days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

This well-appointed holiday home provides all the comforts that you need to enjoy your holiday. The Solander waterfront opposite, offers beautiful walkways, BBQ’s, boat ramp, gym equipment, and an ideal spot for picnics. Everything is here to make your stay an enjoyable experience.
Accommodation and Amenities
This townhouse boasts 3 bedrooms ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and has the added benefit of a private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed, while the third bedroom provides two single beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. The two-way bathroom and separate toilet add convenience and practicality to the upstairs living space.
Living and Dining
The open-plan lounge and dining area is designed for comfort and functionality. The lounge area has a smart TV, comfortable lounge suite, plus it is perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing or beach activities. The dining area adjoins a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a stove top oven, microwave, and refrigerator, providing all the necessary facilities during your stay.
One of the highlights of this holiday home is the charming veranda with comfortable furniture with water views. Additionally, there is outdoor furniture downstairs offering more space for al fresco dining.
Additional Features
For added convenience, the townhouse includes a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and an outside washing line. A separate toilet downstairs ensures that guests have all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Onsite parking is provided in a lockup garage.
