While not directly beach-facing, this beautiful apartment offers access to a shared beachfront lawn and patio, ideal for soaking up the sun or relaxing after a day at the beach. Located just footsteps from the sand and within easy reach of everything Avoca Beach has to offer, it’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
Bedroom 1 features a cozy queen-size bed, while Bedroom 2 offers a double bed and a single bed, complete with ample cupboard space. The stylish living room boasts a Smart TV, a comfortable chaise lounge, and a dining table for family meals or game nights.
The compact yet fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, ceramic cooktop, and a combined microwave/convection oven, plus a Breville Barista Pro for your morning coffee (BYO beans).
Step outside to the inviting outdoor space, featuring a Weber BBQ, large table with ample seating, perfect for alfresco dining or unwinding after a day at the beach. The beachfront complex, limited to just five units, offers shared access to a laundry and a lush beachfront lawn that takes you straight to the sand. Avoca Village is ideal for families and those that love the beach. There is a great kids rock pool, as well as a patrolled beach area with a surf club. Just off the beach is a fantastic kid’s playground, and plenty of cafes along the beach. A short walk & you'll find yourself in the main street of Avoca with many more cafes, restaurants and boutique stores. You can even take in a movie at the heritage Avoca Beach Picture Theatre.
Other activities in Avoca Beach include stand up paddle boarding, paddle boat hire in the lake, tennis court hire, surfing & surfing lessons, bush walking, beach and also lake fishing.
Every fourth Sunday of the month Avoca Beachside Markets are held from 9am – 2pm at Heazlett Park Foreshore with a range of pop up stalls, markets and food stores.
