Both Peter and Nicole have deep roots in the local community and are excited to share the exceptional qualities of the area with their guests.
Peter brings his expertise as a builder, specialising in both commercial and domestic projects. Upgrades undertaken in the last 12 months ensures an even better experience for visitors.
Nicole serves as the Executive Officer of a local Not-for-Profit organization called United Way Glenelg. Her passion lies in early literacy, as she has facilitated the delivery of nearly 40,000 books to children in the Glenelg Shire. A glimpse into the manager's office will reveal a delightful collection of children's books, reflecting Nicole's dedication to promoting reading among young ones.
At Annesley House, Peter and Nicole's primary goal is to provide you with a supremely comfortable stay while respecting your privacy and the need for quiet relaxation. They understand the importance of uninterrupted tranquility and will not disturb you during your visit. However, they remain available to address any inquiries or assist with any questions you may have.

Built in 1878, our Georgian-style home was originally a doctor’s surgery and private residence. It has been meticulously restored to its former grandeur, interplaying its décor between contemporary and traditional.
Located 200 metres from the town centre. in Portland on the Great Ocean Road, half-way between Melbourne and Adelaide.
Annesley House is on the lands of the Gunditjmara, Jardwadjali and Bunganditj, and peoples for over 40,000 years with European settlement occurring in 1834.
