A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand grew for expansion into other areas and A Perfect Stay was born. A Perfect Stay now manages over 300 private and elegant homes in many parts of Australia including; the Gold Coast and Brisbane in Queensland, Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, and Sydney, Byron Bay, Tweed Coast, Lennox Head, Yamba, and Scotts Head in New South Wales.

To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
