Situated in a quiet cul de sac , the neighborhood houses similar sized family houses and just 5 mins walk across is a park and a playground. Your closest neighborhood mall is Kardinya Shopping Centre and you can find Coles supermarket, Kmart and some local stores and vendors. You will need a car as it is quite a distance to walk out to the main road to catch any public transport. Perth city is about 18KM and 18 mins away drive.
