The open plan living area is full of style and sophistication whilst still ensuring that you can truly relax, unwind and be comfortable in the air-conditioned surroundings. The unit is designed to capture the magnificent views of Soldiers Point waterways and take in the peaceful tranquillity of the area.   The timber themed, fully equipped kitchen features a wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and water views, the kitchen looks over the living/ dining areas and balcony. Walk up 8 steps to the bedrooms and you will see the main bedroom, this room has been designed to showcase the view through an architectural circular window, imagine waking up and looking straight out to the waters edge, how relaxing is that!!  All the bedrooms have stunning furnishings, built in robes and the comfort of ceiling fans.  The main bedroom also provides an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity whilst the main bathroom has a large corner bath with shower overhead, toilet and vanity.  The unit provides an internal laundry with a front loader Bosch washing machine and dryer and secure parking in the double garage.  The 'Pelican Sands' complex also provides an inground p
