*Partly A/C. Enjoy the rolling surf and ocean views from the elevated vantage point of this east, north-east facing apartment. Located in a small block of three and situated on the third level, not only is the view amazing but the location is hard to beat. Just a three minute stroll and you are on the beach or amongst the cafe strip of Sunshine Beach village. With a recently renovated kitchen you can enjoy preparing meals in the open plan living spaces looking out to the ocean beyond. The balcony is spacious and offers alfresco dining and outdoor seating. There are three bedrooms, with the master bedroom with ensuite, opening to the balcony and capturing views. The second and third bedrooms down the hall share the main bathroom. Tiled living area with comfortable lounge seating and an indoor dining setting complete the internal floor plan. You will love staying in and relaxing to the sounds and sights of the ocean, but with a so many fabulous cafes and restaurants, the beach and the National Park so close by you will also be able to enjoy the wonderful offerings of the region at a moments notice. Please note: No events, parties or school leaver groups permitted. Guests must comply with the Noosa Shire Council Code of Conduct for Guest Behaviour. Linen and cleaning fees are included in your stay. Please ensure the property is left clean and tidy to avoid any additional cleaning fees. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. For stays of 10+ nights, a mid-stay housekeeping service is provided. A small starter pack of amenities is supplied. Guests may need to purchase additional items.
