It offers a spectacular outlook offering apartment with expansive balcony, just perfect for barbecuing, outdoor dining and entertaining. The property is a two minute walk to fabulous "Eat at Whalers" restaurant for great coffee, food and wine and on Franklin Parade to the Beach House Cafe and the legendary Yilki Store.
