Hello, I'm Clemens... I live in Vienna, my whole life. I like "my" city, although I travel a lot from time to time. I combine interests such as culture (exhibitions, music) and sport (mountain biking).

Property information

Newly furnished apartment (door number 10, on the 1st floor - elevator available). Only 3 minutes to tram line 2, which leads directly to the center. Enjoy the benefits of this newly renovated self-check-in apartment with space for up to 4 guests. It has 2 separately accessible bedrooms with 1 double bed + 2 single beds, bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Small kitchen incl. coffee machine (Nespresso) and kettle. There is a TV with Netflix and of course free WiFi. On request I can provide a baby cot (free of charge).

Neighbourhood information

The nearest tram stop (line 2) is one block away on Wilhelminenstrasse. The name of the station: "Römergasse". This line takes you directly to the city center in about 20 minutes. Without changing to the museums, opera, Kärntnerstrasse, Albertina, Karlsplatz, Volksgarten (Strauß monument), Schwedenplatz... The nearest supermarket (BILLA) is on Wilhelminenstraße, a little further away at number 63. This supermarket accepts all major credit cards. A "discounter" is just around the corner. Restaurants with Viennese cuisine a few steps from the apartment.
