Stony-Sea-Apartments are named after the mountain range 'Steinernes Meer' with the apartments being situated on its southwestern flank. We offer an apartment of 120 sqm with place for up to 8 people or - if less - a very spacious lodging option for a relaxing holiday for the entire family. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2021. The interior mirrors our connection to the surrounding nature and culture of the Pinzgau-region. 3 of the 4 rooms offer direct access to the terrasses and the large garden with the impressive view on the mountain ranges that define the Saalfelden basin. The 700 sqm garden has been created in a bee and butterfly friendly manner and invites you to relaxing BBQs during mild summer evenings. Parking spaces are available at the house.

We - that is Sergey and Mario - love to welcome guests from all around in our home. Since we travel a lot too on all continents and could gain working experience and know-how in tourism we try to share this with our guests. Therefore we opened up our large house to all who look for a relaxing holiday in the mountains and look forward to meeting you again!

Stony Sea apartments are situated directly below the famous 'Einsiedelei' i.e. a hermitage in carved into the rocks. You can start your hiking tours directly from the house to the 'Steinalm', the Peter-Wiechenthalter hut and other destinations in the Stony-Sea mountain range. Several of these routes can be explored by mountain or e-bikes. The 'Tauern bicycle route' runs by the house. Numerous other hiking and mountain biking tracks can be explored starting from the Saalfelden basin, e.g. the bikerpark in Leogang, the 'Saalachtaler Höhenweg' (ridge hiking route), the summer sledging tracks, etc Furthermore the lake Ritzen and the lake Zell offer swimming possibilities and recreation for the whole family In winter and summer several large spas (thermic springs) invite you also on days with bad weather to relax and have fun (Kaprun, Bad Gastein, Bad Hofgastein, Bad Reichenhall) You can reach the large and reknown Ski-resorts Saalbach-Leogang-Fieberbrunn and Maria Alm-Hochkönig-Mühlbach in 10 Min by car or by bus (hourly connection, bus station next to the house). You can also access the cross country slopes within walking distance from the apartment.
