This apartment is a real family apartment. Two generations have grown up here, and the family atmosphere will certainly capture you too! Plenty of space in closets, a spacious kitchen that leaves no wishes open and makes it easy to feed the whole family - even if it's supposed to be a birthday cake.. The cozy living room invites you to spend time at home and enjoy your family or friends with a glass of wine. The unobstructed mountain view invites you right in the morning to dive into this wonderful scenery, be it on skis, in hiking boots or mountain biking. The apartment is located in a private residence in a prime location. We have rented a ski depot for you right next to the cable car within a 5 minute walk. The village center is about 500m. You are completely independent in the apartment. We are of course available to answer any questions at any time.

Sankt Anton am Arlberg offers a unique, world-famous ski paradise. But there is also a lot of other things to discover. How about a sleigh ride or a walk through the romantic Ferwalltal, which is considered one of the most beautiful places in Austria, for a change? Also a walk across the Planie offers a relaxing haven of peace away from the lively village life, with a view over the entire village. In summer, the Stockibach waterfall is an impressive natural spectacle. The ski museum, just a few steps from Haus Maroi, also offers interesting insights into the beginnings of skiing on the Arlberg and elsewhere - as well as good cuisine in a unique atmosphere, my insider tip. In the Arlberg Wellcome Center, which can be reached in 7 minutes on foot, you have access to an indoor swimming pool with an outdoor area and an extensive sauna area. My insider tip: the rustic mountain sauna on the first floor with a view of our local mountain, the Sattelkopf, with its characteristic summit cross.
