Hotel Gell is located at 1000 metres above sea level in the centre of Tweng in the Lungau region. It features a spa area and a restaurant. The Obertauern Ski Area is only 7 km away and is easily reachable by the free ski bus stopping in front of the door. WiFi access and parking are available free of charge at the family-run Hotel Gell. There is also a play room for kids with table football, a Nintendo Wii console and a Playstation 2. The 200 m² spa area features an outdoor hot tub for 8 people (available in winter), many other spa facilities, and a winter garden. The spa area is open daily between 15:30 and 18:30. The ski bus takes you from Hotel Gell to Obertauern-Großeck-Speiereck and Katschberg-Aineck-Fanningberg ski areas. You can explore the scenic surroundings of Hotel Gell on numerous winter and summer hiking paths and cross-country skiing trails.
