It features a sauna and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. All rooms and apartments feature a balcony, satellite TV, and a private bathroom. The apartments offer a full kitchen and are in a modern style and with a lot of comfort. The Schusser Gästehaus offers a free shuttle service to Bad Kleinkirchheim's ski school. Free private parking is available on site. During summer, guests can hike or take a mountain bike trips in the surrounding area. The Kaiserburg Golf Course with 18 holes is 5 km away.
