Our modern yet cozy 37m² apartment is the perfect starting point to explore the charming city! Just a few steps away, you'll find Annenstraße with various shops, restaurants, and tram stops. From there, you can reach both the main train station and the city center in less than 10 minutes. Since the apartment is located in an inner courtyard, there's no traffic noise despite the central location. The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and is located on the ground floor. Apartment layout: Bedroom with a large double bed, living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a pull-out couch, entrance hall, bathroom, and garden.
