This cosy and rural Holidayhome cottage is located in a wonderful rural spot in Muehlbach-Bramberg near Wildkogel, Kitzbühler Alps, im Pinzgau-Salzburgerland, it got safe for 15 person.  The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home. This property has a coal fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. Staying here also allows you access to the private garden. Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too! As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a freezer. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This cottage has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 15. On the ground floor there is a four-bed room with a door leading to the double room. On the first floor there is a four-bed room with a door leading to the three-bed room and a three-bed room with a separate entrance and sink. We do provide infants cot bed and 2 highchairs for babys. There are 2 showers in the first floor, behind curtains, one sink on the floor ,another sink is in the sleepingroom .Toilet is one in ground floor and another one in first floor. Linen, towels and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed in the house.- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Pets are allowed at the property. - There is a cleaning fee of 500.
