In the middle of Königsleiten, on the border of Salzburgerland and Tyrol, you’ll find the beautiful detached Chalet Carpe Diem. From the spacious balcony, you have a beautiful view of the fascinating mountains and the vast forests. Here, you can stay with up to 6 people. On the living floor, there is a fully equipped, open kitchen where you can prepare a meal to share in the classic Austrian dining area. There is also a seating area located next to the authentic stove. The attic has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. This room has limited headroom and can be reached via a rather steep staircase. There are also two bedrooms on the lower floor with a double bed. The chalet also has two spacious bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a lovely bath. Finally, there is one covered parking space at the chalet.

In summer, this mountain village is an ideal vacation spot for peace seekers, sporty holidaymakers or families. From Königsleiten, there are several hiking trails marked out along the breathtaking peaks. In addition to various walking and hiking routes, you can also take the bike and explore the area or take a nice dive in the Durlaβboden reservoir near Gerlos. Here, you can enjoy the whole day with swimming, surfing, paddling and afterwards, a nice barbecuing at the edge of the lake. For action and adventure, the Action Mountain Penken in Mayrhofen is worth a visit.
