From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Zugspitze and the surrounding mountains. The Tyrolean Zugspitze region offers beautiful hiking trails for families and alpinists. In summer there are own weekly programs from the tourist board. The Lermoos ski area is only about 500m from the house and offers plenty of variety for skiers and snowboarders. But also winter hiking and cross-country skiing are popular sports in the winter months. A heating room for skis, ski boots and ski clothing is available.
