Az Ágnes apartman egy olyan épületben található ami egy-két évtizede jol menő hotelként üzemelt. Jelenleg minden aprtmannak saját tulajdonosa van . Az épületben megtalálható még a recepcio, de már nem üzemel .nem működik,. Mindenkinek egyénileg fel kell fedeznie az apartmant a leirások alapján és az elhelyezett kulcsszéfből kivett kulcsal kell nyitnia az apartmant és távozáskor oda kell visszatenni. A háloszobában találhato led tv keresztül nézhet különböző szolgáltatásokat pl: Netflix ,youtube, A nappali led tv Magyar és Angol csatornákat sugároz
