Based on local tax laws, all Argentine citizens (and foreigners residing in the country) must pay an additional 21% VAT. Only foreigners who pay for their stay with a foreign credit card will be exempt from paying the additional 21% VAT on accommodation and breakfast. To do this, they must present a foreign passport or identity document together with a document issued by the national immigration authorities, if applicable.
Due to a local green tax, guests over the age of 14 will be charged an additional USD 3 per person per night up to a maximum of 3 nights.
The swimming pool and parking are located within the 2-hectare accommodation about 80 meters from the main building (mansion).
Only foreigners who pay by credit card, debit card or foreign bank transfer are exempt from this 21%.
