The property is in a residency called Valamar Residency, so it’s guarded by security and that makes it safe. Furthermore the area quiet and has many facilities such as restaurants, grill house and bars near the beach (just 5 minutes by feet) and a horse park where you can rent a horse ride in the beach ( 1 km away is the park).
