Warm, cozy and bright, the brand-new apartments stand out to offer a unique local experience, with their great location in the middle of it all, breathtaking views from the spacious terrace, and elegant and tasteful interiors. The residence features an elevator for easy access to the 9-th floor, and few more steps up to the top floor. The apartments face and directly access the terrace and are equipped with all the amenities needed for a short or a long - term stay in Tirana. Suitable for couples, as well as families and friends, they can accommodate up to four persons. The separate bedrooms are equipped with comfortable bed/beds, a wardrobe and a work desk. The living rooms are fitted with a cozy sitting area, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchens and dining tables with four chairs. The bathrooms include glass separated shower rooms and washing machines, and are planned with geometric shapes and clean lines in mind, while offering comfort and all it takes to set the mood for the day.

The neighborhood is only a 5-minute walk from the Grand Park of Tirana that includes the artificial lake, children’s playgrounds, and landmarks... so, despite the recent and ongoing urbanization, this area still remains one of the most relaxing places in the city and you may find the early-morning run more than an enjoyable experience. In the southern end of the Park, you’ll find the Zoo and the Botanical Garden. A complex of open pools and calcetto fields is situated within a short distance from the property. There are many sport facilities like a closed pool, gyms and SPAs in the area. Take a walk to discover the city, ride a bike using the dockless bike share service, or simply enjoy a drink and the view from the comfort of your private garden terrace. But it is not over! The area is famous about its own bars and restaurants of good food, but if you happen to be a fan of nightlife, you’re just minutes away on foot from the famous “Blloku” area, (IN)famous for its history during the former Communist regime, and very well known as an entertainment destination with its boutiques and shops and endless restaurants, trendy bars, pubs, and cafes.
