The residence is located in a quiet and mostly residential area just about 100 m from the nearest beach, with easy beachfront access and stunning sea views toward the Ionian Sea and Corfu Island. Although somewhat outside the bustling city center, it’s an approximately 10-minute walk to the port and downtown area, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and local markets, making it both peaceful and conveniently connected.
