Located on the fifth floor (please note, there is no elevator), the apartment is just 50 meters from the sea, providing easy access to the beach. This 2+1 apartment features a master bedroom with a double bed and a balcony offering stunning sea views, and a second bedroom with three single beds and windows that also overlook the sea. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals, while the modern living area provides a comfortable space to relax, complete with a small balcony. The large bathroom is well-appointed with all necessary amenities. Additionally, the apartment includes private parking, ensuring convenience and peace of mind for guests with vehicles. Our apartment's proximity to the beach, combined with its modern decor and thoughtful amenities, ensures that guests feel welcomed and at home. The beautiful sea views from both bedrooms add a special touch, making our place truly unique.
