Welcome to The LUX | The Downtown Blvd Suite! A large two-bedroom apartment, situated in the heart of downtown in one of Dubai's most prestigious residential blocks. Only a 10-minute walk to The Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and Souk Al Bahar. Enjoy breathtaking views from the comfort of your balcony. Spinney's convenience store is a stone's throw away. The residential complex 29 Burj Boulevard Towers is built in downtown Dubai near Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. Nearby is the Dubai Opera.
