We had a great time there. Overall friendly employees and guests. From arrival on Don was an amazing host that we could even ask everything on his day off. The spot is great with an amazing view of Miami day and night. Nearby is everything you might need and no matter if by foot or with the free trolley bus you are in no time at the beach. We will definitely coming back.

There's no breakfast. It's in a rough neighborhood. I liked how cheap it was and the diversity of the residents/staff.

The place is literally a house in a small neighbourhood just out of downtown. Although it's a little far from the main attractions, there is a grocery store, a Target, a bagel shop (Einstein Bros Bagels), and a metro station (Overtown) down the street. Also, the MetroMover station (Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr.), which is free to use, is also a easy walk away and is very useful for getting around downtown or going north/south of downtown.
