The staff was extremely nice; even though English was not their strength, they were always available to help us and meet our needs. They offered us free snacks throughout the stay, which was very much appreciated. The location is ok, you have everything you need just a few minutes of walk away.

They had 3 bikes for guests to take around town and the best part was riding them around the gorgeous bike path close by. Highly recommend.

The owner is very kind and helpful and really makes sure the guests are taken care of. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of places to eat. This will always be my go-to hostel when I’m in Hualien.
