It had an ‘indoor/outdoor’ feel to it. Lots of common areas if you want to socialize or sit on your own. It was nice to be able to sit and watch Netflix - something I had not done in 3 months of travel. Staff were very friendly, always were ready to help. They helped carry my luggage in and out for my taxi and up their stairway. Kitchen area was clean and breakfasts were good with fresh fruit, eggs, and something hot daily. There is also a nice little cafe attached if you want to buy coffee or a meal. I love that was a place to do laundry. Everything was clean and well maintained.

There are so many options around the same area and I have tried some of them but nothing beats this hostel. The kindness of the staff upon check-in and the way they assisted my needs exceeded my expectations. The bed is bigger than most hostels and quite comfortable. The rooms and toilets are clean and well maintained. And the buffet BREAKFAST, will definitely fill you up as you start your day. Highly recommended for solo travelers.

Hotel is a little gem in the center of Bangkok. It is a 7-10 minutes walk to Khao San Road, but in a very quite area. There is a 7 eleven store few steps away and a good restaurant across the street. The Hop on hop off bus station is also near (at Khao San area), so it is very convinient for sightseeing of Bangkok. The owners are very nice and helpful people, rooms and the whole hotel are kept very clean. Breakfast is good, and in the common/dining room you can have tea, coffee, various fruits and snacks any time of the day/night for free. Also bottles of water are free to take. As we had two rainy days during our stay, we have ordered food on Grab and then had our meal in the dining room using utensiles of the hotel. We had a beautiful, spacious, large room with a terrace overlooking the canal where you can spot many fishes, just a nice view for relaxing. There is also a nice, small garden in front of the dining room, so one can enjoy sitting there near the canal. Internet is excelent. Air conditioner is also good, and beds are big and very comfortable. We strongly recommend this hotel as it is like a oasis in the jungle of Bangkok. P.S. just to mention that this part of Bangkok is not connected with Bangkok metro

Conveniently set in the Bangkok Old Town district of Bangkok, The LOL Elephant Hostel is located 2.2 km from Temple of the Golden Mount, a 3-minute walk from Khao San Road and 3.3 km from Temple of... I really enjoyed my stay there! It’s Extremely clean, the bed is comfy and you feel you have a lot of privacy, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s a lovely tiny terrace overlooking the canal. Great location too!

The Yard Bangkok Hostel berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari Stesen Skytrain BTS Ari. Ia mempunyai kawasan komunal dan sebuah taman. WiFi percuma disediakan di kawasan awam. The vibes are immaculate! Perfect place to meet like-minded people. Overall a very chill place and easy to make connections due to the hostel’s layout. I loved that people ate breakfast together every morning outside! Also in a great location

What truly makes this hostel stand out is the super friendly and helpful staff—they went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, whether for a few nights or a longer-term visit. Highly recommended!
