I was apprehensive about staying in downtown but I felt really safe there. Also, the hostess was super kind and rushed to the property to let me in much earlier than when I said I would arrive! The price is a bargain!

The pool is gorgeous and exactly what you need when you're in Asuncion. My private room was gorgeous, large, and clean, and it was sooo wonderful to have air conditioning in my room. The people who work there are kind and helpful. The hostel is very secure and it feels incredibly safe. There was an interesting mix of people from many places, of different ages, with a variety of travel experiences and motivations. And who doesn't love free breakfast?? I really loved my time here.

I had my own room which was very comfortable, the bed and furniture etc. were more than adequate. It was cold so I am not sure about the A/C but it was there on the wall! The swimming pool was there as well but a large portable one that really didn't look that great, murky water etc. but you don't come to Asuncion to swim! Very nice staff, I would definitely return.

I do love the hosts and hotel. The room was so cosy! The hosts speak English, German and Spanish. There are many European tourists who have chosen the hotel. The atmosphere is friendly. Guests are gathering on an inner yard named (garden) where there is a swimming pool. There's no problem to prepare a meal because the kitchen is provided with al the cooking stuff. .
