Despite an unusually hot spell, the efficient and quiet air-conditioning kept our room cool and welcoming after long days exploring the city. The location is ideal—just a 15-minute walk from the bus station and close to a mall with a small Auchan, making travel and errands simple. Service was exemplary. We needed early check-in, and the staff accommodated us with genuine warmth and efficiency, making a lasting impression. Throughout our stay, every interaction with the staff was friendly and helpful, whether offering recommendations or directions. The hotel’s proximity to the city’s highlights—cathedral, tower, castle, and tranquil parks—added to our enjoyment. Food lovers will appreciate the abundance of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, making each day’s plans effortless. In summary, the gorgeous rooms, immaculate bathrooms, inviting kitchen, and outstanding hospitality created a memorable experience. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and genuine care during their visit.

I had great experience during my stay there. I got very clean and warm room with private bathroom. I got same facilities like star hotel although I booked just for four bunk bed male dormitory. Breakfast was excellent. I will again stay there with group of my friends in future.

Cozy room with lots of natural lights, mattress is not the best but the towels were the softest :)
