I had a wonderful stay at this cozy new hostel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and comfortable place to stay. I was a bit skeptical at first because the price was on the higher side for a hostel, but it was totally worth it. They’re still on soft opening, but everything was clean and organized and the staff were accommodating. I was actually the only guest during my visit, so it felt like I had the whole hostel to myself. The ambiance throughout the hostel and cafe is relaxed, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The beds are spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the built-in reading light and power outlets, which made it easy to relax and recharge (literally and figuratively). When it comes to safety, the place is well-covered with CCTVs throughout. While the rooms currently use traditional door locks (they’re planning to upgrade to keycards), I felt secure during my stay. There’s also a security guard on-site. Lockers are available in the hostel room but remember to bring your own padlock. The location is okay - just a short walk to Araneta City, so it’s super convenient if you’re watching a concert or catching a provincial bus out of the metro. One standout for me was the amazing Tapsilog meal for breakfast. I was expecting something basic, but it turned out to be a real treat. It’s clear that the team behind this hostel is passionate about what they’re building. While they’re still refining a few things as part of the soft launch, I’m confident it’ll only get even better from here. I have made a few recommendations to the management based on my experience and I hope they'll consider. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others. ✨

Every bit of space was utilized and designed wisely. They covered almost all bases. Well done. The caretakers of the place were wonderful. They even make time to chat with guests when you feel like sharing stories.

Great place to meet nice people Food was amazing and they are super nice to accommodate you (I am vegan and they made such good noodles with veggies and tofu) The hostel has activities like sunset viewing session from the rooftop and walking tours and karaoke nights Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone staying in Manila!

Cheese Hostel Manila mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Manila. The staff. All friendly both reception and housekeeping. I didn't catch his name, but he helped me by saving spots on my maps, telling me where to eat, where to visit, where to catch public transport. I very much appreciate that. I like that you have shared a lounge and rooftop to hang out. The housekeeping team was also very kind and helpful. So for that I would stay again.
