Guests at the hostel will be able to enjoy activities in and around Invercargill, like cycling. Everything was great. Room was big. You get 2 towels and there is shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. There is also 2 extra bathrooms if you don’t want to use the one in the room. Extra covers for the bed if you are cold, or you can turn the heater on. There is free bread, milk, cereal, jam, etc. for breakfast. Also different coffees and teas. Lots of free parking around the hostel. 2min to Queens park and 15min to city center. Merlyn was lovely,. Beth as well. She borrowed me her rain jacket because I forgot mine at home.

Wonderful lodge with nice rooms & comfortable beds. New and clean bathrooms. Fully equipped spacious kitchen. But the best is Craig cooking this wonderful dinner and sharing the table with guests.

We had the family room and it was enormous. There was an absolutely beautiful view over the mountains. The kitchen area was separate from the sleeping cabins which made for an extremely peaceful night.

The dorm rooms had lockers and it was possible to have electronics charging inside them. The bathrooms were clean. Location was amazing, very close to the lake front and only a short walk from the supermarket.

We made a lovely barbacue outside and the vibe was great! If you are looking for a quiet and cool place to stay before you head up to Milford this is the right place!

A very cozy, retro property that has plenty of charm. We really enjoyed our stay here, and Nathan was extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place.
