The centrally located Rock Solid Backpackers Rotorua offers free WiFi, a neighboring rock-climbing wall and a spacious guest lounge including a tour desk, a billiards table and a cinema. The access was easy for all times of the day. The lounges and kitchen spaces were large and suitable for my child to be in. Staff were incredible from initial phone calls to during stay.

Great location, very central and easy to walk to most things. The beds are really comfy and the area was quiet. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well-equipped and kept very clean.
