Such a lovely hostel right in the heart of the Thamel but it is so peaceful and tranquil with a nice garden space. Comfortable beds/pillows with privacy curtains and sockets/lights etc. The design of the bunk beds are nice with wide steps to climb up to so doesn’t feel like a bunk at all. Spacious showers with hot water. Staff are SO nice and friendly, they are always ready to help with anything. I felt very safe here as there is a large gate locked at night and 24 hour security/night shift staff. The staff are also constantly cleaning including bathrooms. 😀 WiFi is excellent. I organised the Manaslu trek via Pramod and it was incredible. I experienced a family bereavement during the trek and the staff on the trek and in the hostel couldn’t have been nicer to me. I appreciated it so much and will never forget your kindness 🙏

Super comfortable and clean, great outdoor shared space downstairs. We loved it, and returned a few times. If you have to work remotely in Kathmandu, this is the place to do it! Bathrooms were also the cleanest I experienced in KTM.

In my opinion Nepalaya Home Hostel is one of the best budget accommodations in Kathmandu. it's clean, pleasant, and offers excellent value for money What genuinely distinguishes it is the amazing hospitality, particularly of Amrit the hard work guy always smiling and always provide problem solving ideas for guests.  His warm welcome, friendly demeanor, and genuine concern for guests make you feel right at home. He never fails to be willing to help, whether you need travel advice or simply want to talk everyone becomes friends so fast with him . This hostel is an excellent alternative for budget tourists due to its pleasant environment, friendly environment and convenient location. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed at this time 4 times during my time in Kathmandu! Awesome location off the ring road (easily get a bus from the airport.. they pretty much all go around the ring road). I met a lot of great people here too. Breakfast is good and the owners are so nice!!

Nextdoor Patan mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan bar di Pātan. The staff is very involved and friendly! The rooms are very very nice and spacious with a large storage box/shelf for your things as well as plenty of floor space. The walking tour is fantastic and there are game nights and other social/art activities to participate in. I was never bored! By far the best hostel in Kathmandu. The showers are also nice and hot!

Location is prime 2 minutes walk from Thamel (but not in the chaos) while right next to tourist bus stop

Our room had a private washroom inside the room! The location is great because it is calm and not so crowded. You can go to the center by Taxi (10 min) and by foot (30 min).

Hostel Swastik terletak di Bhaktapur, kurang dari 1 km dari Dataran Bhaktapur Durbar dan 12km dari Dataran Patan Durbar. I love this hostel and the people that make it! it's hard to come across a place that just makes you feel so welcomed, but this place do.
