Daniella and Tony are excellent hosts, very welcoming. Great breakfast and sandwiches for a volcano tour. The place is very beautiful and peaceful. A towel was provided for the stay. It's a little bit of a walk to the property but it is worth it.

The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. We had an amazing stay at La Urraca Loca. The location on the island is perfect for most activities. The hostel is an oasis of beautiful plants and the rooms are great. Also Daniel is very helpful and attentive. I’ve recommended this hostel to everyone who visits Ometepe since it is probably my favorite on in my two months in Central-America. Also shoutout to the lovely kitten Gnocchi (such a good name.. ;))

Felling like i was at my grandparent’s house (they not that old) but i really appreciate my time there. Julieta is a sunshine and Rex knows absolutely everything about the city and has good recommendations! The room was soo cute, everything was very clean, and the location is just ideal.

Guests can enjoy Chinese and British dishes at the restaurant or have a cocktail at the bar. I loved the atmosphere of the hostel. In the evening time they had candles everywhere and lights. It was so beautiful. They also have a lookout place where you can see the volcano during the day and stars at night time. It was a super quiet and chill place. They also had kitties which is a big bonus.
