The staff lady at the reception was super friendly. You even have a kettle in the room. Some reviews say that there is no shower curtains or warm water, this is not true. They have fixed these issues by now. There are shower curtains and you can even lock the shower door to be there alone if needed. I had warm water :)

We were two and it was really good for us. Appartment was very warm and cosy. There was TV, kitchen, washing machine and even washing powder and some other things one might need. My daughter loved the bunk bed and instantly took the "2nd floor". :)
