So clean, they clean everyday and it’s always spotless. The host is so lovely. Her dog is so cute and friendly too! Sometimes he’ll greet you at the door, this meant so much to me especially when I was missing my dog at home. The neighborhood is AMAZING. I love Koenji so much. A perfect, calm getaway from the city with still plenty of things to do. Great restaurants, thrifting, karaoke, parks, and Japanese vibes. Also Nakano is a 20 min walk away and they have a mall with Uniqlo and everything else you’d need. It’s easy to meet other people and make friends! Women-only was awesome and made me feel really safe. I can’t wait to go back and spend my entire Japan trip here. I shouldn’t have bothered with any other hotels. Nothing compares to Grapehouse Koenji!

Isa and his family are incredible hosts and you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The facilities are clean and nicely decorated and I found the other guests to be very kind and open minded!

The place is cosy, beautiful, super clean and it's located in a cute spot where you'll find several place to eat. They also provide drinks, towel, toothbrush and earplug for free. It's 5min min walk from a train station wich will bring you to haneda airport in 5min. The staff is welcoming, nice and reacting. The communication and checkin procedures have been easy and quick. The room are soundproofed, with airconditioning and the beds super comfy.

The property was very stylish and the sleeping quarters were nice and comfortable and offered a good amount of privacy for each guest. It was also in a fantastic location! It was very close to 3 train stations and was well connected to the rest of the city. The staff were also incredibly friendly and offered a welcoming environment. They always made an effort to speak to me and they are great resources for recommendations.

The guesthouse was clean and orderly, plus the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming and I had a stay which exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely return at some point to stay again.

Terletak di lokasi yang mudah di daerah Minato bagi Tokyo, Akasaka Guesthouse HIVE terletak 6-minit berjalan kaki dari Kaishu Katsu & Ryoma Sakamoto Teacher and Student Monument, 500m dari Turning... Akito and rest of staff are so helpful and sincere. Hostel itself is close to Chiyoda and Ginza metro line. You can walk to Hie Shrine. Rooms are clean and space is wide. I really recommend this hostel.

Kind, helpful staff. Very clean, amenities provided, outlet next to bed, privacy, shelf and hangers for pod, plus cafe downstairs for relaxing and food or drink if I felt like it. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in Tokyo next!
