The ambiance and location of the hostel is by far one of the best that I’ve had in India. Leh Ladakh is so calm and peaceful, the Himalayan Mountains always only a few steps to the rooftop for an incredible view. The management is very conscientious about all of the guests and genuinely treats everyone like family. The facility feels almost new, the beds are comfy and the dorms are airy and sunny thanks to the windows that offer views similar to being on the rooftop. There is breakfast every morning (included) and a nice kitchen gathering space where everyone socially meets to hear about the best things to do in Leh Ladakh and share stories of all that has been done and discovered. The walk to the city center is a little bit of a distance compared to some properties that might be closer to the bustle of center, but the peace that the property offers to the quality of the travelers that stay here are all amazing, united in their passion for the area and travel. The hostel also offers meal ordering, of which the food is very nice and even accommodates some food prep requests. All in all, it’s very hard to leave a place that feels as good as this place. Highly recommended!!

Shared vast and helpful knowledge of the surrounding areas that tourists like myself would find useful.

The location is great, just one street away from the main market, yet on a quiet side street, making it perfect for rest and relaxation. The homestay is very stylish, everything is clean, the rooms are huge and comfortable, the furniture is beautiful. The whole place has a really welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, it was just so good to come back here. The rooftop terrace with the full panorama is simply breathtaking, the most beautiful view you can imagine. But what really makes this place special are the wonderful people who run it. Not only are they super nice, funny, helpful, and flexible, but they also have a special ability to build community. The rooftop terrace has been the scene of countless deep conversations, big laughs, and cool music. Still smiling if I think back, full of amazing memories. :) Thank you for everything, hope to see you again somewhere, sometime.

The facilities are in perfect condition, with hot showers available all day long! (a rarity in this area) The design is that of a luxury hotel The staff is unbelievably nice and generous. The view from the upper floor is great And all that for such incredibly affordable prices!

Situated in Leh, 600 metres from Main Bazaar, Rainbow Hostelier offers accommodation with a garden and on-site dining. Hands down best Hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Been travelling for 8 months now and this place is stunreal! 10/10. Great vibes, great staff, gorgeous views, stunbelievable food, and the best dog ever. 🪩💥✌️🩵

Very good value for money and very friendly. When we arrived they invited us to lunch ant milk tea. Room was really nice. On of the nights of our stay it was de cooker’s birthday so they where celebrating a party and invited us to stay and dance with them. Also inviting us to cake and some beverages. very centric
