They provide you with tour offers and any information you need. Also, I forgot my charger in the hostel and moved on to Belize and they were very kind to help me out with the matter and did everything possible for me to get my charger back. The terrace is also very nice for watching sun rises and socialising with other travellers. Prices are the best on the island.

Airline screwed up my flight, but the staff was soooo awesome. They went above and beyond to help me get it sorted, even driving me around and talking to airline and bus employees since my Spanish isn't very good. The place is also really cool, and in a great location.

Hostal Casa de Grethel mempunyai kawasan pantai peribadi, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Flores. The family running this business is very kind and have good humour. They welcome guests in a friendly way and have good recommendations, they also don’t charge as much as other hotels for tours. The room is very clean, the AC is strong, the showers are warm and the bed is soft and plush. There’s also a breathtaking view of the lake from the balcony. The meals are also delicious and priced on par with other restaurants in the area, if not a bit cheaper (this was very much appreciated).
