Clean rooms, as in the photos I had seen before booking. The hostel is 15 minutes on foot from the train station, 3 minutes from the No8 bus stop that takes you to Santa Claus village and 5 minutes from the center (Lordi square). The girl who worked at the hostel very kind and willing to inform you about moving around the city, activities that need a reservation (northern lights hunting, visiting a reindeer or husky farm)

The villa are great, walking distance to train , bus and shopping area, house is very spacious, the staff who taking care of the reception is friendly enough to let us check in earlier and help us to load the luggage . Free WiFi is featured throughout the hostel. The hostel situated very close to the city centre. They serve very good breakfast and the staff were pretty friendly and helpful. You can find bus to major attractions places also most of the tour guides were walking distance from the property. Would stay at the same place again!

At the hostel, the rooms are equipped with a desk and a flat-screen TV. Friendly staff and clean and nice looking facility. Sauna was a great bonus. Room had a big television and a small fridge and was just percet for someone travelling alone.

Beautiful middle age style building of an old Finnish school, the owner told me the story. Facilities are good and the shared bathroom is perfectly working and clean. Location is perfect to chill and enjoy nature, still very close to the market and the rest of the town (10/15 minutes walk). The sauna is super convenient and free of charge. Rooms are spacious, with big wardrobes, and beds are comfortable. There's also a common room with various sofas and games to share some time with other travellers. The kitchen has everything you may need. The owner was very welcoming and always ready to help and suggest the best activities in the area. Very good price point in the area considering the facilities, everything else is way more expensive, especially for solo travellers that can't afford a 500 euro/night chalet.
