Welcome to Roberta’s Society! A cultural house with rooms upstairs, a cantina and bar downstairs, and a little bit of everything in between. Everything was clean and fresh. Good value for the low price. Felt private even though it was a big room. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location.

It was very quiet in the hostel, something which I did not expect. The kitchen had everything it needed to cook for yourselves and the room was medium size. There are plenty of possibility of sports and equipments.

Well, the location is remote. This should come as no surprise. But authentic and pretty. The hostal itself is unassuming and basic. Country living, in the outskirts of civilization is part of the attraction in coming here. The room was small. Cramped even, but the common-rooms made up for it. We were fortunate to experience a 'hillbilly' town get-together - locals with music, beer and dance. Happens a couple of times a year; phone the town grocer for up-dates. Playground nearby. Prepare your own food here. The well-stocked grocer is nearby. Fridge, etc in room. Clean.

Our double room was very spacious. The Danhostel is located in a community sports/exercise facilities and we had access to the facility. There was a pool table and Foosball table. They had an indoor bike parking room. The breakfast was delicious and gluten-free bread was available when requested in advance.

This hostel is located on Skanderborg Lake, only 2 km from central Skanderborg. It offers a small private beach, a shared kitchen and free Wi-Fi in all public areas. We didn’t try the breakfast, as we were in a self-catering cabin. The location is fantastic! It is off the beaten track, right on the lake, surrounded by hiking trails, peaceful and geared for an active vacation. The staff is very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again for a longer period of time.

This hostel is located next to Herning Sports Centre, only 5 minutes’ drive from central Herning. It offers a large terrace, a generous breakfast buffet and en-suite rooms with free internet access. Was very clean and nice. Breakfast was not very rich but for such small price was perfect.

It was well run and exceptionally clean. Ideal location with a 15 minute walk to the centre and less than 10 to the harbour. Room was a great size for the 3 of us. Plenty of space for parking. Staff were great and really helpful. Very good kitchen facilities. Breakfast was very good. Stylish decor. Had washing facilities; board games; basketball court and table tennis table. Space outside for football and we set up our badminton net. Would definitely recommend. All youth hostels should be like this....
