The staff was amazing, especially Luna, who was very kind and helped me a lot!

The room was modern, clean and light. Check in was 3 hours earlier than it should be. Also they allowed us to keep our baggage after we checked out till the evening without extra charge. On the first floor there are 3 china cafes. The cat was cute.

Interior design is jaw dropping (Japanese style), location is convenient, beds are so comfy, they give you towel and so many toiletries, all the fixtures are very premium. Complementary drinks during night and a very good and varied breakfast as well. Staff very helpful and friendly always worrying about you feeling comfy. Summarizing, it feels like a boutique hotel, you must stay and thank me later!
