The bed was extremely comfortable, there was wi fi and the TV had cable connection. Carolina was very flexible with the check-in since I arrived a bit later due to the fact I got lost in Santiago. Also, she upgraded my room for free. I totally recommend it. I will definitely come back.

Just got back from the most wonderful stay at El Mirador in Valparaiso! Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this hidden gem. Marisol, the owner, greeted me with the warmest smile and immediately made me feel like family rather than just another tourist. My room was spotless and so peaceful - I slept like a baby every night! Quick tip though: the windows in my room faced the interior hallway rather than outside, so I kept mine open for some fresh air circulation (totally worth it). The highlight of my mornings was definitely enjoying breakfast on that gorgeous patio - sipping coffee while taking in those breathtaking views of Valpo's colorful hills and the ocean beyond. The bread and local fruits were absolutely delicious! I'm already planning my return trip. If you're heading to Valparaiso, do yourself a favor and book with Marisol at El Mirador. You won't regret it!

Casa Volante Hotel offers accommodation Cerro Concepción hill in Valparaíso, only 100 metres away from the commercial area and from Paseo Yugoeslavo area. The location of this hostel is sooo good . Easy to go everywhere. Specially close to every New Year’s Eve point! And the people of this hostel are so kind , friendly , helpful, with smiles. I high recommend you stay here if you travel to Valparaiso! And no doubt I will come back if I come this city again !:)

Lovely basic accommodation in a quiet area of town. I don't do fancy places on islands so this was perfect. Clean with a full shared kitchen. Very comfy bed. Three mins walk to main street with car rental at the bottom of the street. The host was lovely even though he spoke minimal English, but we got by with Google translator. They collect you from the airport with the traditional flower garland and drop you back there with the gift of a necklace. Would definitely recommend it for a great price .
