Cosy feel, in a great location next to the Torres del Paine park entrance.

Great location in the park. The breakfast and dinner were very good. Staff were excellent. Pity no Puna spotting trips were organised by the hotel tour staff.

This is a great location to visit Torres del Paine. The rooms are comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. I loved being able to walk out at night in the fields. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to someday return.

Very easy to talk to the staff. Lisa was amazing! Very very helpful and responsive to all my questions. Great location with an amazing view. The place was clean and properly maintained. The kitchen was properly equipped with everything you needed. The single beds were very comfortable.

Nice property for a hostel and bearing in mind that is the cheapest in the Serrano area. Staff were nice and helpful
