The Oldtown Hostel Otter and its old-established Wüste Bar is a stylish place for the young-at-heart in Zürich's Old Town, about 300 metres from the Zürich-Stadelhofen train station and the lake. The hostel is very nice! It's perfectly located, clean and comfy. I can totally recommend staying there, the hosts are just amazing, super friendly and very helpful, you feel like a guest, not like just a customer. There is even a small free breakfast for everybody, though i don't remember if it was mentioned in the booking. All facilities were regularly maintained and very clean. The bar downstairs has an nice international crowd, and the general vibe in the hostel is very good, encourages people to interact and get social in common areas. Totally worth the money in this crazy-expensive city:)
