The staff was very friendly, the kitchen was cosy and a good chance to meet other travellers. Breakfast was simple but tasty and sufficient.

Depot 195 occupies a renovated brick building in a historic factory site in the centre of Winterthur, 500 metres from the train station. It offers a snack bar and free WiFi access. I was with my daughter who is disabled. She was given a key to a handicap bathroom that made all the difference. She was able to be independent and get showers, toilet, etc.

It’s not even dangerous, just a “curious” city block tho :) you can chill, no need to actually worry about! Best Cheap option in center, next to train station (Hauptbahnhof). Enjoy the city!
