When I arrived I discovered that I had accidentally booked for the following night, not the night I was planning to be there! The staff was able to talk to a fellow that had booked a 4 person dorm all for himself to see if he would be willing to share. I think the fact that I was an older solo traveler helped him agree to this. We ended up getting along well. I was really impressed that staff at check in were willing to go above and beyond to make my stay possible. Plus, it was a comfortable bed.

I'm lucky that it's only me this night.

Hotel Zak terletak betul-betul di pusat bebas-kereta, 3 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Kereta Api Schaffhausen. WiFi percuma boleh didapati di seluruh bangunan. Everything was so clean and the working staff was so nice and kind. Totally recommend it

The lady at the reception was so nice,Room was so clean,nice and very well decorated.Washroom was also very clean. Towels and every necessary things were provided. 10 min walk from the rhein falls and train station and the bus station is just in front of the door. Overall 10/10
